Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Manage incoming leads from various sources and ensure they are accurately
captured in the CRM system.
Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members for further action. - CRM Administration: Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant lead and sales
information.
Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track all stages of the sales pipeline. -
Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and support the sales
team’s efforts.
Monitor lead progress through the pipeline and ensure no leads are missed or delayed. -
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, including each stage of
lead progress.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on pipeline status and anticipated
sales. -
Coordination of Sales Meetings: Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members as
needed to support closing deals.
Organize and schedule weekly review meetings for the sales team, prepare agendas and track
action items. -
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates
to provide insights to the team.
Identify potential improvements in the sales process and suggest recommendations to optimize
efficiency. -
Exhibition Coordination: Organize and support the team’s participation in exhibitions, handling
logistics and lead tracking.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields / MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- 0 to 1 Year
