Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Manage incoming leads from various sources and ensure they are accurately
captured in the CRM system.
Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members for further action. - CRM Administration: Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant lead and sales
information.
Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track all stages of the sales pipeline. Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and support the sales
team’s efforts.
Monitor lead progress through the pipeline and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, including each stage of
lead progress.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on pipeline status and anticipated
sales.Coordination of Sales Meetings: Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members as
needed to support closing deals.
Organize and schedule weekly review meetings for the sales team, prepare agendas and track
action items.Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates
to provide insights to the team.
Identify potential improvements in the sales process and suggest recommendations to optimize
efficiency.Exhibition Coordination: Organize and support the team’s participation in exhibitions, handling
logistics and lead tracking.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields / MBA or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
• 0 to 1 Year
Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with [specify CRM if required] preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
