The city’s industrial sector has flourished due to effective Human Resource utilization and collaborative efforts, resulting in a dynamic economic climate.

Through Drishti, we aim to recognize Surat-based SMEs who have achieved exceptional milestones in Human Resource Department. By recognizing the accomplishments of these remarkable SMEs, The award aim to inspire others in the business community to prioritize Human Resource Department.

Qualification Criteria

  • The Organization should be at least 3 years old.
  • The Organization should have a minimum Manpower of 50 or more Employees.
  • The Organization should have an annual turnover as:
    Service Industry - 3 crore & above | Product Industry - 20 crore & above.
  • The Organization should have a Physical office/unit based out of Surat

Declaration of Award

An award ceremony will be held on Friday, 1st September 2023 to honor the winners

Terms & Conditions

  • Multiple applications under different categories will not be considered.
  • You are requested to disclose all facts and figures during the assessment.
  • You are requested to extend your cooperation during the on-site assessment.
  • We had strictly no monetary involvement during the entire process.
  • The decision made by the panel will be final and cannot be challenged. However, an assessment report card will be provided if necessary.
  • If you wish to opt out of the nomination process, please inform us in writing at least 21 days in advance before the event.
  • The deadline for event applications is August 7th, 2023.
